You can use the free version without any problems.
is that ok for all free versions of all pack?
Free versions of all character assets are available without any problems.
All my character assets are licensed as stated on the sales page, even in the free version.
but you said i cannot sale them which is what i want to do inside my game
Do you mean the last item in the license?
What is prohibited is redistribution and selling the material itself, so there is no problem using the material for the game you are creating.
